The White Marsh Branch Library is a part of the Baltimore County Public Library that serves the City residents. The library system maintains 1.4 million volumes and circulates 10.5 million items annually, including books, periodicals, instructional videos, CDs, DVDs, TV series, video games, and world language collections. The branch library offers passport services, public computers with Internet and Microsoft Office, WiFi, notary, fax, print, and copy of documents.
