The Western Plains Library System, a system of six member libraries with a Bookmobile, serves over 47,000 residents in Custer, Dewey, Roger Mills, and Washita Counties. The Main Office is located in the city of Clinton and it has locations in Clinton, Cheyenne, Thomas, Cordell, Seiling, and Weatherford. More than 192,800 volumes are maintained in the system's collections, with approximately 118,000 items circulated annually, including physical and digital materials. The library offers interlibrary loans, meeting rooms, mobile printing, reading challenges, storytime events, and other programs.
