Washburn Community Library serves 430,000 residents in the City of Minneapolis. The library was opened in 1970 and it belongs to the Hennepin County Library system which maintains 4.2 million volumes and circulates 15.8 million items per year. Washburn Community Library offers public computers, free wireless internet access, printing, faxing, and scanning services, a meeting room, and Language Collections.
