The St. Francis Library serves 8,387 residents of Saint Francis City and is part of the Anoka County Library. The Library System maintains 496,792 volumes and circulates 2.5 million items per year. Saint Francis Library opened its doors in May 1980 and is located near the Rum River and Rum River North Park. It offers regular storytime events, study and meeting rooms, Wi-Fi, wireless printing, and Internet access. It is open Monday to Saturday and provides library lockers for holds pick up.
