The Penn Lake Library of Hennepin County Library serves the residents in the City of Bloomington, Minnesota. The library, which was the first free-standing library built in the City, opened its doors in 1970. Following its renovation in 2003, the library has evolved to hold several resources, including collections in Spanish, Vietnamese, and Amharic languages. There are computers and free Wi-Fi available in the library for your use, as well as printing, copying, and scanning services.
