The Owings Mills Branch Library serves over 35,000 residents in the Owings Mills community. Opened in 2013, the library belongs to Baltimore County Public Library, which maintains 1.4 million volumes and circulates 10.5 million items per year. The library materials include books, magazines, newspapers, music, CDs, full-length feature movies, instructional videos, TV series, online resources, and video games. The branch offers 24-hour book drop, Spanish and Russian materials, public computers with the internet and Microsoft Office, WiFi, as well as printing, copying, faxing, and notary services.
