The Northtown Library serves 70,000 residents in the City of Blaine. The library is part of the Anoka County Library system. The library system maintains 450,000 volumes and circulates over2.5 million items per year. Northtown Library offers reference and information center, popular reading for all age groups, storytimes, free wireless internet access and office applications, a meeting room, and six conference rooms.
