The Northeast Community Library serves 425,000 residents in the City of Minneapolis. The library is a part of the Hennepin County Library System that maintains 4.2 million volumes and circulates 15.8 million items per year. Northeast Library was opened in 1973 and completely renovated in 2011. It offers computer and technology services, K-12 homework help tutoring, Language Collections, and meeting rooms.
