The North Point Area Branch Library is a part of the Baltimore County Public Library that serves the City residents. The library system maintains 1.4 million volumes and circulates 10.5 million items per year. These collections include books, magazines, newspapers, music, CDs, full-length feature movies, instructional videos, TV series, online resources, video games, and world language collections. The branch offers 24-hour book drop, Spanish materials, public computers with the internet and Microsoft Office, WiFi, as well as printing, copying, and faxing services.
