The Maryland City at Russett Community Library serves the residents who live in the city of Laurel, Anne Arundel County. The library is a member of the Anne Arundel County Public Library, which holds about 801,150 volumes and circulates more than 5.1 million items annually. The branch began in July 1978 and operated as a storefront before relocating to its current location in a 15,214-square-foot building It provides numerous programs for all patrons, including storytime, African-American history & genealogy, and technology services such as public computers, WiFi, wireless printing, faxing, scanning, and copying. Additionally, the library offers one-on-one tech help with job search, personal devices, computers, and internet basics.
