The Lake Elmo Library serves about 12,900 residents in the city of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota. The library, which officially joined Washington County's library system in 2018 following a renewed partnership, was established to meet the informational, educational, and recreational needs of the people living in Lake Elmo.
