The Joppa Branch Library serves over 12,000 residents in the Joppatowne area of Harford County, Maryland. The library is a Harford County Public Library member established in 1980 and currently occupies a 14,200-square-foot building with meeting rooms, a teen room with a Wii gaming system, an Early Literacy play area, a Creative Art center, and public computers with Microsoft Office. The library system maintains over 778,000 volumes, circulates 4.5 million items annually, and offers kids, teens, and adults programs.
