The Herring Run Branch Library serves the residents of the Belair-Edison community in Baltimore City. The library opened its doors in 1963 and is one of the divisions of the Enoch Pratt Free Library, which maintains over 2.2 million volumes and circulates 1.2 million items per year. Located adjacent to the Erdman Shopping Center, the Herring Run library offers job & career resources, sidewalk service, public computers, WiFi, copying and printing services, as well as preschool storytime and reading clubs.
