The Kingman Carnegie Library serves about 3,176 residents of Kingman County in Kansas. The library, which opened to the public in June 1914, maintains about 30,698 volumes,  circulates 91,344 items per year, and provides services such as free computer use and free WiFi, interlibrary loan, DVD cleaning, printing, faxing, and scanning of documents, and adult and juvenile programming.
