The South Branch Library serves the residents of Kansas City in Wyandotte County. The library is a division of the Kansas City, Kansas Public Library (KCKPL) sited at Kansas's Argentine Neighborhood on Strong Avenue between the 18th Street Expressway and I-635 and maintains collections of books, audiobooks, eBooks, and research materials. The branch provides meeting and study rooms, parking spaces, 36 computers, and 16 laptops for checkouts and provides printing, copying, and scanning services. Additionally, the library has 45 cake pans of different shapes and sizes in its collections for patrons who want to bake cakes.
