The Scenic Regional Library serves over 116,000 residents of Union and Franklin County, Missouri. The library system has the administrative office in Union and operates nine library branches located throughout the County, as well as the Ralph Gregory Library and Washington Historical Society. It maintains a collection of 242,357 volumes and circulates approximately 535,310 items per year. In addition to traditional library resources, the library offers a collection of cake pans, Ukuleles, STEM kits, memory kits, Toniebox kits, telescopes & binoculars, games, and sewing machines. Services available to the public include meeting room reservations, passport services, notary services, computers, printing/photocopying, WiFi, and wireless printing. The library also offers a variety of programs for children, teens, and adults, including preschool storytime, homework help, test prep, and driving tests.
