The Carnegie-Stout Public Library, established in 1902, serves over 57,000 residents of the city of Dubuque, Iowa. The library maintains a collection of over 250,000 volumes and circulates 630,400 items per year. Its items include print books, audio/video materials, electronic items, 
hot spots, GoPro cameras, baking pans, board games, and ukuleles. The library offers meeting rooms, public computers, laptop computers for in-library use, wireless internet access, copying, faxing, notary public, homebound services, and curbside pickup.
